Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
1. Size Issues (Ready-Made Products)

If the product does not fit, you may request a replacement for a different size (subject to availability).

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a replacement.

A clear video recording of the unboxing from start to finish is mandatory to process claims for damage or defects.

Claims without proper video proof cannot be accepted.
Return Procedure

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or replacement.

The product must be securely packed and returned in its original packaging.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our origin warehouse.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit (based on your preference, if applicable).

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
